Client Services Intern
Location: Osaka (Remote-friendly considered)
Duration: 6 months to 1 year (Part-time / Flexible)
Compensation: Hourly + Transportation Allowance
Responsibilities:

Assist with creating shipping and import documentation

Provide internal support to active client projects, including drafting professional client communications, creating workflow documentation, templates and other items related to the success of the projects.

Assist in onboarding new clients by organizing documentation and following up on missing information
-
Learn client and account management processes and Gain exposure to Japan’s market entry process
-
Communicate between departments to support project workflows

Help maintain internal systems (e.g., CRM, inventory management tools)
-
On-the-job learning in project coordination and business operations
Requirements:

Business-level or fluent English
-
Japanese proficiency welcome but not required
-
Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Interest in logistics, international trade, or business operations
-
A proactive mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally
