Sales Assistant

The Sales Assistant will provide vital support to the sales team by handling administrative duties, optimizing sales processes, and maintaining smooth communication between sales, marketing, and client services. This role is key in ensuring that our sales pipeline is well-organized and that sales team have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

 

 Key Responsibilities       

 Sales Support & Administration:

  • Assist the sales team in managing inbound inquiries and qualifying leads.

  • Support the creation of sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.

  • Maintain and update sales documentation, including CRM records, proposals, and sales materials.

  • Ensure accurate data entry into CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM).

 

 Lead Management

  • Help track lead progression and manage follow-up tasks to ensure leads are moving through the sales pipeline.

  • Monitor and report on the lead conversion rates to ensure efficient sales processes.

  • Work closely with the sales team to prepare for outbound outreach campaigns and follow-up systems.  

 

  Collaboration with Marketing

  • Ensure sales messaging aligns with marketing initiatives and campaigns.

  • Assist in developing sales collateral, such as case studies, white papers, and promotional materials.

  • Provide feedback from client interactions to help marketing tailor content and outreach strategies.

 

 Sales Process Optimization 

  • Help maintain and streamline CRM workflows, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sales data.

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the internal sales knowledge base, ensuring all team members have access to updated resources.

  • Contribute to the development of sales processes, best practices, and playbooks to optimize team efficiency.

 

 Key Qualifications & Skills       

  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales support, administration, or a related field.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential clients and partners.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred), Microsoft Office, and other project management or sales software.

  • Process-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to optimize workflows.

  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English is required. Strong language skills in either Korean, Chinese or Japanese would be preferred.
