Business Growth Manager – Korea
About the Role
The Business Growth Manager will play a key role in establishing COVUE’s presence in Korea and driving revenue opportunities across the market. This role goes beyond traditional sales. We are looking for a professional who can develop new business, build strong relationships, and represent COVUE with credibility and confidence.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. At the same time, you will act as a connector between Korean companies and COVUE’s Japan market entry solutions, ensuring clients receive the expertise and support they need. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with the ability to operate independently, while working closely with our regional sales and marketing teams in Japan.
Key Responsibilities

Build and manage revenue pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and client engagement, converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Represent COVUE at industry events, trade shows, and professional forums, positioning us as a trusted partner for Japan market entry.

Develop and deliver client presentations and pitches, working with sales and marketing teams for content and support.

Manage deal negotiations with a solution-focused mindset, balancing client needs, timelines, and business goals.

Collaborate with the Japan headquarters to align strategies, campaigns, and engagement practices.

Contribute to the development of COVUE’s Korea growth strategy by identifying trends, opportunities, and partnerships.

Provide support on international sales opportunities, including email and virtual client engagement.

Maintain accurate sales data, reporting, and client records to ensure transparency and accountability.
Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or client-facing roles, ideally in B2B or ecommerce industries.

Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written); Japanese proficiency is an advantage.

Strong relationship builder with proven ability to create opportunities through networking and outreach.

Skilled in negotiation, presentation, and communication with a client-first mindset.

Positive and resilient, with the ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with remote teams.

Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred) and sales tools.
